All products come with unlimited Canada and lower United States calling and all PRI features. These prices assume that your company makes a lot of outbound calls. If not, we may be able to quote you lower prices based on your current phone bill.
*Each smultaneous call uses about 32k. Keep in mind that VoIP traffic should be used in an evironment where priority can be given to voice packets (Internet traffic).
**With this option you use your broadband connection to carry VoIP traffic. If you don't have sufficient or quality Internet connection, voice quality can suffer. "Price with our Internet Service" assumes SDSL connection. If T1 is required, add $75.

We Provide Equipment
Whether you choose standalone Virtual PRI or a PRI/Broadband bundle, we will provide you with the equipment you need. All you need to provide is your phone system and your Local Area Network. We ship everything preconfigured and tested. Virtual PRI works exactly the same as your existing PRI.

Using Virtual PRI with Your Broadband
When using Virtual PRI with your broadband conncection, we will ship you an Asterisk server. You simply plug it into your network and phone system. Please keep in mind that you will need ample bandwidth to accomdate both your voice and data traffic. It is also a good Idea to ensure that Qaulity of Service (QoS) is implemented on your broadband equipment. Our technicians can help you with this.

Using Virtual PRI with Our Broadband Products.
When you use Virtual PRI with our broadband products, we provide a router and Asterisk server. All equipment is preconfigured and optomized for Voice over IP. There are two ways to configure these types of systems. The first is for the VoIP traffic and data traffic to share the broadband connection. The second is to use separate broadband connections for each type of service. If you need many phone lines, the latter is the ideal configuration. Most of our customers choose ADSL for data and SDSL, T1 or Fiber for their phones. This gives you the best of both worlds--high download speeds for data and sufficient upload speeds for many simultaneous phone calls. This also provides backup connections for both data and voice. Should one or the other connections fail, we can easily flop the corresponding service to the other connection while the failed connection is being repaired. This way you will always have both data and phone services, regardless of broadband connection failures.
